From Daniel Smith, Chair of the Workforce and Service Development Committee:
"Chairing this committee has been a fantastic experience, working with a brilliant and diverse team to deliver proactive projects with a national impact, including Professional Development Frameworks and workforce publications, and understanding our resident doctor challenges. Representing the committee on the BTS Board has also given me further appreciation of the outstanding work that happens across the Society, and I would 100% encourage anyone with an interest in improving respiratory services and supporting the community to apply."
