Exhibit at a BTS Meeting
To exhibit at BTS Meetings and Short Courses, companies must first be accepted as a BTS Approved Exhibitor. For approval, please send an email with the following information to: bts@brit-thoracic.org.uk
Approval criteria
Companies with a licensed product should provide the following and will then be granted approval (or not) on basis of answers:
- details about your product, and how it is of benefit to respiratory patients and healthcare professionals;
- confirm that the product you wish to promote is fully licensed to be used in the UK. Medical Devices should be registered with the MHRA and hold a UKCA mark (CE mark applies until 30/6/2023). Digital tools and solutions should hold a UKCA Class II mark.
Companies that do not have a licensed or approved product will be considered on a case by case basis in relation to the following:
- If a product is in the process of obtaining a license/CE mark, or,
- If the product is in an early stage of development
Please give details about your company, the product in development/proposed products or areas of work and the reasons why you wish to be an exhibitor at a BTS event. Max 250 words.
In addition, all companies must:
- send a link to your company's website;
- confirm that you will comply at all times with relevant industry body regulatory requirements (ABPI etc) and BTS requirements in relation to set-up, conduct during, and break-down after the exhibition(s);
- confirm that your company is neither owned, nor has an association with, the Tobacco industry.
Exhibition and Sponsorship Opportunities for 2026
Commercial Exhibition and Sponsorship Opportunities for the Summer and Winter Meetings 2026, will open on Tuesday 17 February at 10am.
If you're interested in exhibiting at either event, please review the prospectuses and floor plans below, and decide on your first choice of stand number, as well as up to four 'reserves'.
Please be ready to submit your email application once bookings open on 17 February. Please also read the Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors document. By submitting an email application to book a stand, you will be accepting these Terms and Conditions.
All stand bookings should be sent to Alex Mitchell, Alex Mitchell, Conference Manager. Failure to do so will result in a delay in your request for space being processed. Please Alex if you have any queries.
Your stand allocation will be made upon receipt of your email, and the Conference Manager will send through an online form which MUST be completed before your stand is confirmed.
All stands are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All organisations must be accepted as a BTS Approved Exhibitor before they can apply to exhibit at BTS events.
