Become an approved exhibitor
All organisations must be accepted as a BTS Approved Exhibitor before they can apply to exhibit at BTS events.

How to book your stand
Submit your booking application by email. All stand booking applications should be sent to Alex Mitchell, Conference Manager. Please do not send booking applications to any other BTS email address as this may cause delays in processing your request. Please email Alex if you have any queries.
Your stand allocation will be made upon receipt of your email, and the Conference Manager will send through an online form which MUST be completed before your stand is confirmed.
All stands are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
