Become an approved exhibitor
All organisations must be accepted as a BTS Approved Exhibitor before they can apply to exhibit at BTS events.

How to book your stand
Submit your booking application by email to Alex Mitchell, Conference Manager: alex.mitchell@brit-thoracic.org.uk. Please do not send booking applications to any other BTS email address as this may cause delays in processing your request. Please email Alex if you have any queries.
Your stand allocation will be made upon receipt of your email, and the conference manager will send through an online form which MUST be completed before your stand is confirmed.
All stands are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsorship declaration
The British Thoracic Society gratefully acknowledges sponsorship of all companies who purchase an exhibition stand at the Summer and Winter Meetings. Sponsorship fees have been used directly to support the delivery of the event including the cost of venue hire, audio-visual, catering, and general conference administration. No sponsorship fees are used towards prizes or social events. None of them have any input into the programme content or the planning of the conference. Furthermore, the Society does not allow any sponsored symposia at this event, within the programme, or associated in any way with it.
