Professor Adam Hill is an Honorary Consultant Chest Physician at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Professor of Respiratory Medicine at the University of Edinburgh, and Dean of Post Graduate Medicine, Public Services Delivery Scotland. He is actively involved in clinical and translational research in respiratory infection. He is the Respiratory Advisor to the Scottish CMO and to the Scottish Government. He is currently President Elect for the BTS but will be the President of the BTS at the winter meeting.
