BIOGRAPHY
Mark Juniper is a consultant respiratory physician is Swindon, and medical director at Health Innovation West of England. He is lead Clinical Co-ordinator at the National Confidential Enquiry into Patient Outcome and Death (NCEPOD) and an author of the report on Pleural Procedures published in November 2026 which highlights areas for improvement in the care of patients treated with chest drains or having a pleural aspiration. He will present key findings and recommendations from this report.
