Cough Control Therapy for Chronic Cough
  • With the development of the BTS Clinical Statement on Chronic Cough in Adults, this course is designed to provide healthcare professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to assess and manage chronic cough from a non-pharmacological perspective, using evidence-based cough control therapy, exploring the underlying mechanisms of chronic cough, treatable traits, and the role of a multi-professional team in delivering person-centred care.

Ideal for Speech & Language Therapists, Respiratory Physiotherapists, Specialist Nurses, Respiratory Trainees, and those who want to learn more about non-pharmacological management of chronic cough.

The course offers a mix of expert-led presentations, clinical case studies, and real-world patient perspectives. Delegates will gain insight into the MDT assessment process, practical SLT therapy techniques, and strategies for integrating cough control therapy into service delivery.

With contributions from leading clinicians and panel Q&A session, this course is an excellent learning opportunity for healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with chronic cough.

Join us to further your understanding, develop and explore your skills in non-pharmacological approaches to this often-overlooked condition.
