Winter Meeting 2018

The 2018 Winter Meeting will be held at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, London, UK on 5–7 December. See below for the Symposia programme and to book on-line. Abstract submission deadline is on Monday 16th July 2018 at 23:59.

You can submit your abstract via the Abstract submission button to the right of this page (please note you will be required to log in, or register to use the website if you have not done so before). Booking conditions (concessionary rate)

BTS concessionary rate members are entitled to register at the concessionary rate and can book online. 

If you are a BALR member, a PhD student or a registered research student you are entitled to claim the non BTS member concessionary rate. Proof of status must be provided, therefore you must book by downloading the booking form from the programme tab below and either email, post or fax it to us with your proof attached. You cannot book online. If you do book online we will be unable to refund the difference in cost.

Please note, the Society will NOT refund delegate fees if the delegate has accepted the offer of support for attendance from a pharmaceutical company after a booking has been made.
