Have your say about the Winter Meeting in 2010.  The Science & Research Committee is seeking proposals about symposia content next year from its Specialist Advisory Groups (SAGs) and  is also keen to hear ideas from as wide an audience as possible.  Most SAGs will be holdng open meetings during the 2009 Winter Meeting (details will be posted shortly) but please also send comments via this form.

The Society is aware that the Winter Meeting dates coincide with the early December changeover date for junior doctors and that this can cause difficulties for some members. The venue for the Winter Meeting is reserved for several years in advance to secure an advantageous booking rate, and at this point it is not possible to change the dates of the conference for 2009 or 2010.   The matter will be kept under review regarding dates for future meetings.
